Order your venison pack now to pick up at the Christmas market
Local, sustainable, healthy and full of flavour – our estate venison is hard to beat. All our venison is wild, culled as part of our sustainable deer management practices. It is professionally butchered in our state-of-the-art larder. All our venison is sold frozen for convenience and freshness.
Venison packs are now available to pre-order, to pick up at the Christmas Market on 12 December. Pack options below; please note exact weight of individual items may vary. Minimum contents below.
- Small pack A: £35 1 x haunch roast (approx 1 kg), 2 x packs diced venison (500g per pack)
- Small pack B: £40 1 x pack fillets (approx 500g, 2 fillets), 2 x packs diced venison (500g per pack), 2 x packs burgers (2 per pack), 1 x pack mince (1 kg)
- Medium pack: £55 2 x pack fillets (each pack approx 500g, 2 fillets), 3 x packs diced venison (500g per pack), 3 x packs burgers (2 per pack), 1 x pack mince (1 kg)
- Large pack: £100 1 x haunch roast (approx 1 kg), 2 x pack fillets (each pack approx 500g, 2 fillets), 4 packs diced venison (500g per pack), 2 packs burgers (2 per pack), 1 x packs mince (1 kg)
To order a venison pack, email us or call 01471 844305. You can pay by credit card over the phone or by cheque (please make out to CDLT Management Services). Collect your pack at the Christmas Market on Saturday 12 December 10 – 3. If this is not possible then it may be possible to arrange for collection at the estate office. Local delivery may be available for large orders.
Please order by 9am on 10 December to give us time to pack your order ready for the Market. You can also download the price list from this page (right).
