We’re delighted to announce plans for our new Bar and Bistro at Armadale Castle, opening Spring 2020.

Armadale Castle is teaming up with Z’s Amazing Kitchens to bring a new dining experience to the historic stables building. Armadale Bar and Bistro will serve classic dishes with a modern twist, with an emphasis on locally sourced produce. From Cullen skink to vegan burgers, and not forgetting Armadale estate venison, there will be something for everyone.

Z’s Amazing Kitchens founder Zsolt Balogh will be adapting the hugely successful bistro menu from the Atholl Arms for the new joint venture. Zsolt previously managed prestigious hotels for Macdonald Hotels and Resorts, and brings with him many years of senior hospitality experience.

The bistro will be table service. For those in a hurry there will be an Express Menu with the guarantee that anything ordered from that menu will be delivered in 15 minutes. Individual diners and groups will be well catered for. For group bistro booking enquiries please contact us.
