We are undertaking necessary works across the site during 2022. As a result we are changing our opening arrangements this year.
We regret that the museum and café will be closed for 2022. The gardens, playpark and gift shop will be open 5 days a week, Wednesday – Sunday 9.30 – 5.30 (last entrance 5pm), from Wednesday 13 April. Toilets in the Stables will remain open for visitors. From 11 May there will be a coffee wagon on site selling light refreshments. We are adjusting our ticket pricing this year to reflect these changes.
Please check our website Plan Your Visit pages and social media before you travel in case of any further updates. We will strive to keep the gardens open for everyone to enjoy but please be aware there may be disruption from time to time.
Alex Stoddart, CEO of Clan Donald Lands Trust, said: “This will be a year like no other and I’d like to thank everyone for their patience, support and understanding. We’re sorry that it won’t be ‘business as usual’ but we will emerge stronger, more resilient and ready to deliver on a wide range of exciting plans for the future. With areas of our operations closed we will take the opportunity to have conversations with our valued local community and other stakeholders about our plans and long-term vision.”
Our annual music competitions will not take place this year but a number of other events will still go ahead – check our Events pages and social media for updates.
