To celebrate the Discover Scottish Gardens Scottish Snowdrop Festival we invite you to discover a secret winter world.  Though we are officially closed during January and February, you are welcome to explore the gardens during daylight hours in return for a donation. Look out for snowdrops and early spring flowers as they make their welcome appearance in our 40 acre woodland garden. Admire the ruins of Armadale Castle and spectacular views to the snowy mountains of Knoydart.

Please note that we do not have visitor-facing staff on duty during the closed period and the gardens team will be undertaking essential maintenance tasks which may involve heavy machinery. There is also a risk of severe weather including snow and ice. Please heed any health & safety warnings at the garden entrance. During high winds we may close the gardens completely.
