Visitor Assistant – Gatehouse

£9.60 per hour. Seasonal. Part time and full time roles available.

Armadale Castle, Gardens and the Museum of the Isles is a Visit Scotland 5 Star attraction in the beautiful Isle of Skye. We are situated towards the southern point of the Sleat peninsula in south Skye.

Our Gatehouse serves as our ticket office and main shop, and is often the first point of contact for our visitors. We are looking for people who can offer those visitors a warm welcome, ensuring they have a positive experience even through the busy times. The role requires the selling of merchandise, cash handling and use of tills, for which training will be provided.

We have a number of vacancies available, both full-time and part-time for weekdays and week-ends.

Uniforms are provided, together with staff benefits such as discount in our café and shops. Staff will be given in-house training.
