We ask for a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking, with the final balance payable 7 days before arrival. If we have to cancel your booking due to a change in Scotland’s lockdown rules, we will provide you with a full refund or re-book for a future date, whichever you prefer. For more information download the Terms & Conditions from this page (right). Please be aware that if you are not booking directly with us and using a third party booking system instead, you will be subject to the third party’s booking terms and cancellation policies as indicated when you book with them.
